These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rakam AI websites, services, tools, and products (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
Who We Are
Rakam AI is a French company specializing in AI systems engineering for enterprise software. We design, build, deploy, and operate production-ready AI agents and workflows.

You must:

Have legal capacity to enter contracts, or
Be authorized by your organization to use our Services
Account & Access
Create accounts with accurate information
Keep passwords secure
Notify us of unauthorized access immediately
Accounts may be suspended for violations
License Grants
Website License
Non-exclusive, revocable license to view our public website for informational purposes.
Open Source License
Our GitHub repositories follow their respective licenses (typically MIT/Apache 2.0).
Evaluation SDK & Tools
Limited, non-commercial evaluation license for testing purposes only.
No license granted for production use without explicit contract.
Permitted Uses
Access public website content
Test evaluation tools in non-production environments
Use open source code per its license
Contact us for demos or partnerships
Prohibited Uses
❌ Reverse engineering our proprietary systems
❌ Scraping or automated data extraction
❌ Using Services for competing AI engineering
❌ Redistributing tools/SDKs without permission
❌ Violating EU AI Act, GDPR, or applicable lawsIntellectual Property
All Rakam AI trademarks, logos, and branding are protected
Proprietary AI frameworks, models, and tools remain our property
Client deliverables follow specific project agreements
Feedback you provide becomes our property (non-confidential)
Services & Contracts
Production AI deployments require a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA). These Terms do not govern paid services.No Warranty
Services provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".
No warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted access.Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
Total liability capped at €100 or fees paid (whichever greater)
No liability for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
Termination
We may suspend/terminate access:
For Terms violations
Non-payment (if applicable)
Legal requirements
Without notice if necessary
Governing Law
French law applies. Disputes resolved in Paris courts.Changes to Terms
